Not receiving the PIC reset email
If you've followed the steps in the steps listed here, and you still haven't received an email to reset your PIC, be sure to double-check your email's spam or junk inbox.

Error while resetting PIC
When attempting to reset your PIC, you may encounter an error that looks like this:
This error is often caused by an attempt to reset your PIC from the wrong Nexon account. Make sure that you're logged into the same Nexon account as the one you use to play MapleStory - if you usually play through Steam, your Nexon account may use a different email address than your Steam account.
This error can also be caused by issues with your browser settings. Try using a different browser, or adjusting your cookie settings.

Game still asking for old PIC after reset
If you've completely reset your PIC, and the game is still asking for your old one, you've most likely reset the PIC on a different Nexon account.
