We were aware of an issue with item potentials affecting certain players and we're currently working on a resolution. To ensure there are no additional issues with these items, we had to place temporary blocks on the affected accounts. Unfortunately, this means that certain players will not be able to log into the game until the issue has been fully corrected. Players affected by this issue will see the message upon login: "Your account has been blocked for temporary request. Please contact customer support for further details." We understand that this is an extreme inconvenience with the MapleStory "Limitless" update, but we care about our players and want to make sure that this issue is handled completely so that players may fully enjoy the update. Thank you for your patience in the matter.
Update: 12/1 8PM PST: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the blocks placed on these accounts will need to be extended slightly. We are still working on the issue and are hoping to release these blocks as soon as possible. We will continue to provide further updates and sincerely apologize for the additional inconvenience this causes you.
