Nexon America ticketing system will no longer support Internet Explorer 8, 9 or 10 starting April 11th 2016.

Internet Explorer 8, 9 & 10, released by Microsoft in March 2009, March 2011 and September 2012 respectively, will no longer be supported by Microsoft starting on April 11th, 2016. Likewise, Nexon America’s ticketing system will no longer support these versions of Internet Explorer.

If you encounter issues using our ticketing system or support site, which includes our knowledge base, please try using Chrome, Firefox or the latest version of Internet Explorer.
