Why won't MapleStory run on my Vista computer?

MapleStory is compatible with Vista computers. Many users have issues on Vista because some privilege settings interfere with the game running or installing. The first step is to check your privilege settings.

Logging in from the game launcher on Vista can be problematic for MapleStory’s security software. Try to log in from the homepage. If this isn't working, you can temporarily change game compatibility.

To do so, right-click on MapleStory, then: Properties → Compatibility tab → check "Run this program in compatibility mode" → select “Windows XP.”

Still not sure if you can run MapleStory?
