For security reasons, you will be unable to retrieve a lost or forgotten PIN (Personal Identification Number).
Please submit a ticket with the following information so we can help you reset the PIN (not PIC).
- Your account's registered email address
- Your account ID (if applicable)
- Your full name (if applicable)
- Your registered birthday as it appears on your account (MM/YYYY)
- Answer to Security Question 1 (if applicable)
- Answer to Security Question 2 (if applicable)
- List at least one game and character name on this account
A picture of your identification. Acceptable forms of identification include:
- Government/State issued photo ID, such as:
- Driver License
- Government Employee ID
- Certificate of Birth/Adoption (only if under age 18).
We only need to verify your full name, date of birth(MM/YYYY), and photo on the ID. You can block out any other information that you don't want us to see before attaching a copy to your ticket.
