We are aware of an issue where players receive the following error message when attempting to reset their second password / PIC after accessing the account settings page via the Nexon Launcher:

As a workaround, please access our account settings page directly by clicking on this link and login with your account credentials. Make sure to clear your web browser history and cache or try a private or incognito web session to complete your request.
