We are aware of an alternate Nexon Launcher that is promising "A Better MapleStory launcher." However, using programs outside of what Nexon America is providing can lead to numerous issues such as keyloggers and other unwanted programs installed on your computer. For your safety and security we urge all players to use the Official Nexon Launcher, which can be downloaded here.
If you have browsed through our Knowledge Base and are unable to find the answer to the issue that you are experiencing with the Nexon Launcher, follow the steps listed below to submit a ticket.
Begin by clicking on Submit a Request as displayed below:
- If you have not already done so, proceed to sign in to your account.
- Fill out the fields that apply to you.
- In the Subject Field, make sure that you enter the issue you are experiencing with the Nexon Launcher.
- Make sure to fill out the the Error Message Field (If Applicable).
- Fill out both fields for the Operating System and how you attempted to start the game.
- Lastly, make sure that you enter the steps that you took to encounter the issue that you are experiencing.
